Rebecca Rogers is a North Carolina native and currently resides in Raleigh, NC. She holds an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration and brings more than 20 years of hands-on healthcare operations experience.

She began her career in a small independent physical therapy practice, helping grow it to seven locations with multiple ancillary services—an experience that shaped her practical, inside-out understanding of healthcare operations. She has since worked across multi-specialty environments including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, ENT, Audiology, Orthopaedics, Pain Management, and other ancillary services.

Across every setting, Rebecca has seen a consistent challenge: most practices don’t lack ideas or commitment—they struggle with execution. She has built her career around helping practices move initiatives forward in complex, real-world environments. She has a strong track record of success in value-based care, including MIPS, Meaningful Use, retrospective and prospective bundled payment models, and other contractual incentive-based programs focused on closing gaps in patient care. Her work is centered on improving performance while maintaining operational stability.

Over the course of her career, she has led initiatives to open, merge, restructure, and close practices. Her approach is grounded in experience—understanding not just what should work, but what actually holds up in day-to-day operations. She works primarily with physician-owned practices and is committed to helping them remain independent in an increasingly complex healthcare landscape.

As the founder of The Buckson Group, Rebecca partners directly with practices to implement meaningful change. She is known for working alongside teams—not simply advising—ensuring that initiatives are executed in a way that is practical, sustainable, and respectful of the people doing the work.

Outside of her work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family, attending concerts, and is an avid NC State sports fan.
